Our facility processes 1 to 5 tons per day, producing 30 to 150 tons monthly, with 15 to 26 tons shipped overseas. We maintain steady supply by sourcing from both commercial fishing vessels and local marginal fishermen operating within the Philippine EEZ (FAO Zone 71).

Our Process
We combine time-honored smoking techniques with modern food processing technology to produce premium katsuobushi. Our controlled smoking process enhances flavor, extends shelf life, and ensures a consistent product ideal for further food manufacturing.
